Shipping Policy

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm the receipt of your order. 

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse.

GENERAL SHIPPING RULES:

1.  All orders placed post 3:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 48 hours only and delivered to you as per given timelines.

2. Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 2:00 pm will be automatically process for dispatch on Monday or on Next Working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or on any Government Holiday hence we have restricted dispatch timelines due to limited shelf life of our products.

3. Orders booked during any festival month, might be delay in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.

4. Shipping Details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be sole responsibility of customer only.

SHIPPING AND OTHER CHARGES:

1. Applicable shipping charge per order is Rs. 99/-. 

2. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 1449 and less than Rs. 2999./-  

3. Bulk Order i.e Order value above Rs. 2999./-  shipping charges of 5% on order valued will be charged 

4. We levy "Packaging and Forwarding charges" as 10% of the order total. This is inclusive of GST.

Shipping Location & Service access :

1.  All orders are shipped via Courier facility , and in some cases by Indian Post

2. Our Logistics partner attempt to delivery products in time subjected to service area , 

3. If Delivery area and submitted  address details by buyer is not serviceable by by our logistics partner for given time period , we will be forced to cancel the order and initiate refund for any payment issued buyer to us.
